This new look to the ADD Community Center is just another new beginning. This site has a renewed look, enthusiasm and features. Maybe this time it can embody our philosophy about Attention Deficit Disorder. One that tries to maximize the good and minimize the negative. Sounds a lot better than managing symptoms in ADD.
As a newly minted empty nester I've found that even though the children have left...well..much of their stuff hasn't. AND sad to say all my excuses to not do whatever I don't do have escaped as well.
Just how often do we rely on the old excuses and habits that no longer serve us? Just like the old page. Things just weren't working out properly on many different fronts. I felt it so important to have a registration for the forum and chat room yet couldn't figure a way that was easy for the members or myself either. Hopefully this new page will allow those simple registrations, maybe even give me a standardized reminder of the chat room hours.
Just like life -- The ADD Community Center is a work in progress made much better with the collaboration of friends and members both new and old.
